- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy goals and interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
