    Job Description

    As a Warehouse Specialist, you will have various responsibilities within the warehouse environment. Some of these include shipping, receiving, order picking, and ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Utilize Forklifts and RF guns/tablets for shipping and receiving.
    • Perform picking (case/layer picking) and load orders for scheduled shipments.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
    • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA standards.
    • Keep the warehouse clean, sanitary, and audit-ready.
    • Meet time commitments for outbound and inbound shipments.
    • Verify inventory accuracy during product receipt and shipment.
    • Inspect all pallets before placement into the grid.
    • Complete any other assigned duties.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 2-3 years of prior warehouse experience.
    • Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Basic math proficiency.
    • Prior Forklift Certification is a plus.

    Safety Requirements

    • Mandatory use of steel-toed boots/shoes.
    • Required to wear a safety vest.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
