This histology technician role involves performing vital tasks in patient care through embedding and preparing slides for routine H & E and special stain procedures.

The ideal candidate should have experience in microtomy and embedding as well as laboratory training or equivalent experience.
Key responsibilities include recognizing when troubleshooting is needed for processing, cutting, staining and working safely with biological hazards.
