- Assess the patient's care plan. Document, execute, and update collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based care.

Job Summary
As Care Manager RN 1, you oversee patient care, ensuring quality and integrating services. Using standards, you will manage benefits and justify service necessity.
