Duties include cleaning buildings to the standards of ServiceMaster and customer task lists, maintaining janitorial closets clean and neat, keeping equipment clean and supplies organized, obtaining passing scores on janitorial Quality Assurance inspections, communicating with supervisors and division managers, maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring wet floor signs are used when mopping floors.
