- Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment.
- Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands.
- Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes.
- Respond to and follow up stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations.
- Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.
- Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.- to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of two (2) year's Warehouse work experience
- Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business needs
- Warehouse employees required to drive to remote warehouses must have an active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver's license in State where hired
