Role Description

Chariot, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Notary Public to join our team. This is a part-time, remote role. As a Notary Public, you will be responsible for notarizing legal documents via remote online notarization software. You will also verify the identity of signatories and witnesses, and ensure that all parties understand the content and implications of the documents they sign. As a representative of our company, you will demonstrate professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all your interactions.

You will also be responsible for a number of basic customer service responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be located in the state of Montana
• Current and valid Notary Public certification (not required to be considered, but certification will need to be complete before starting position).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and notarization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and independent environment
