Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious person who is ready to take the next step in their career towards management in becoming an Electrical Assistant Project Manager.In this role, you will work closely with our project management team under the direction of the Senior Electrical Project Manager, gaining valuable experience and exposure to client interactions while actively contributing to project success.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for project management, exceptional responsiveness to client needs, and a desire to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion.
2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client specifications and organizational standards.
4. Proactively identify and address potential project risks or issues, working with senior management to implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Provide regular updates to management team and clients on project progress.
6. Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliverables, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance project management skills and expand knowledge of industry best practices.
8. Prepare and present project status reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of field experience or 2 year degree in electrical.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Ambitious mindset with a desire to advance into project management leadership role.
