    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at Renewed Vision.

    Job Overview

    As a key member of our web team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new systems that enable customers to purchase and use our software with ease.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and development processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
    • Design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs
    • Identify and address technical debt and architectural deficiencies
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
    • Create and review technical designs and implementations
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights on web development best practices

    Requirements

    • Take ownership of projects or features, handling complex tasks with ease
    • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in a work environment
    • 3+ years of experience with Laravel, Django, or Rails in a production setting
    • 2+ years of experience in application design and architecture
    • Advanced knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours

    Salary Estimate

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

    This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, industry, and other factors.
