    We're a wealth management firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator to supercharge the operations of our robust marketing team.

    This role is all about executing a wide array of marketing activities and empowering our advisors to reach their target audience and grow their business.


    About the Role:
    Leverage your organizational skills to manage our ticketing system, efficiently assigning tasks to the marketing team as needed.
    Assist advisors with basic needs including general marketing/process guidance, technical support with our platforms, and administrative tasks.
    Working with the senior designers, maintain and update marketing collateral using pre-designed templates, or design new materials as needed.
    Unleash your creativity by assisting with the design of eye-catching social media posts to engage our audiences.

    Working with our project manager to implement and execute strategic social content calendars for advisors, from content creation to scheduling and executing.

    Assist in implementation of email campaigns using our marketing automation tool. Including email/campaign setup, distribution/execution, and metric tracking
    Assist with managing advisor website updates and maintenance through various CMS platforms (coding experience not required).
    Work with the compliance team to get team-created marketing assets approved to comply with industry regulations.
    Tackle a variety of other marketing initiatives to support our team's overall production and growth.

    Possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    Has a keen eye for design and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
    Demonstrates a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
    Is a whiz at project management and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Maintains a meticulous attention to detail and ensures compliance with regulations.
    Is a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

    It is a plus if you have:
    Experience in the Financial Services industry.
    Knowledge of email marketing automation tools.
    Familiarity with content management systems (CMS – like Wix).
