    Role Must-Haves:

    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
    • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably from smaller to medium-sized companies.
    • Proficiency in managing network infrastructure and systems within a manufacturing context.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Tools/Tech/Systems:

    • Experience with SonicWall Firewalls, HP Aruba Switches, and Managed Security Providers.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of general security principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in managing Windows-based environments, including Windows servers and VMs.
    • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365.
    • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to meet the needs of the manufacturing environment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations.
    • Provide support and guidance to end-users on network-related matters.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
