Hiring: School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CFY)

Soliant is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CFY) for the 23/24 school year. This position is based near Fort Worth, Texas, and encompasses surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for students
Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication challenges
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student progress
Monitor and document student progress towards goals
Maintain accurate and organized records
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on speech and language needs

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or expected graduation within the current academic year)
Completion of clinical fellowship (CFY) or eligibility for CFY
Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior experience in a school setting or relevant practicum experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
