Job summary
The Sanitation Assistant Manager (3rd Shift) is responsible for leading and supporting sanitation operations during overnight shifts.This position assists the QA/Sanitation Manager in ensuring that all equipment, production areas,
and facility spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet USDA, FDA SQF HACCP,
and company food safety standards. The Sanitation Assistant Manager directly supervises
the 3rd shift sanitation team ensuring safe and effective cleaning while maintaining proper
documentation for regulatory and audit compliance
- Lead and coordinate sanitation activities on 3rd shift to ensure the facility is ready for the next day's production.
- Oversight of proper cleaning sanitizing of equipment tools facility areas according SSOPs HACCP plans.
