    Small Cheval is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time General Manager (85k and up) to join our future stores

    We are growing Leaders will be training at our current Small Cheval locations with plans to work at future store locations opening in 2024.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience in quick-service restaurants
    • Culinary experience (prep & cooking)
    • Front of house/ service experience
    • Experience with cooking equipment, maintaining, troubleshooting issues, general comfortability with use
    • Responsible for the financial health of the restaurant ( profit & loss statement, forecasting, strategizing for growth)
    • Scheduling & payroll experience
    • Experience in recruiting, hiring & training
    • Experience with managing teams of 25 + employees
    • Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
    • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
    • Ability to identify and solve problems.
    • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
    • Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership.
