    The Manager, Brand Experience will report to the Director, Brand Experience and will be instrumental in enabling the brand experience strategy across end-to-end consumer journey and strategic marketing activities. This role will work closely with the Director, Brand Experience to develop the marketing annual strategic and tactical plan. The Manager, Brand Experience will facilitate identification of business objectives and prioritization and manage programs. The role will also manage the process to ensure execution of brand plans to deliver against topline goals. This person will work cross functionally across the marketing and Commercial Group organizations to bring the annual marketing plans to life, managing meeting cadences, calendar documents, and briefing routines to ensure the plans stay on track.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collaborates with Director, Brand Experience and VP, Brand Experience to develop annual marketing plans

    Works cross-functionally to manage process to ensure the execution of the marketing calendar throughout the year

    Develop and launch national promotions to drive overall brand value

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Social Science, etc.

    4+ years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Research, Data Analytics, Consulting, or related field.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

    Strategically-minded marketer with strong business acumen

    Data-driven thinking with innate curiosity and grown mindset

    Experience and desire to understand the brand DNA, including but not limited to market size, competitive positioning, target consumer segments

    Understanding of how to take products or programs through a commercialization process

    Strong written and verbal communication skills, including Power Point

    Self-starter and entrepreneurial leader who performs in a lean, fast-paced environment

    Ability to work cross-functionally to drive to a smart business solution

    Ability to product manage and deliver on deadlines
