- Work directly with Traders, Developers and Researchers in a tight knit team, utilising technological models to build efficient workflows for trading, research and investment.
- Design, develop and implement performant software components, in order to drive business and analyze trading.
- Build out real time trade management, risk analysis algorithms and visualization tools, to support the trading desk's research and analysis workflows.
- Java: At least 5 years of full stack professional experience writing Java servers running on Linux.
- Python: 3+ years of professional script development experience.
- Experience working in the trading industry, or a similarly demanding industry, developing business critical applications.
- Leadership skills and a team orientated mentality.
- Trading industry is experience is preferred but not required.
