We specialize in delivering structural/mechanical steel tubing and custom fabricated parts into multiple channels throughout the manufacturing industry.

    Position OverviewAs a Territory Sales Manager for our new southern region, you will manage and grow existing business while also forming new partnerships with prospective customers in the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and parts of Missouri and Texas.

    Duties and Responsibilities Schedule, plan, and execute onsite meetings with customers and prospects Understand, develop, and grow business with established and prospective customers Apply knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and product applications to strengthen business relationships Collaborate with internal teams to manage the back-end sales processes and ensure overall customer satisfaction Consistent follow-up on sales quotes, projects, and customer needs Provide feedback on sales quotes and customer meeting minutes with internal teams Develop new opportunities with current customer base Lead generation for southern territory Research industry related topics to stay up on current events and industry trendsKey Attributes Strong business acumen tied to manufacturing practices Knowledge of commodity-based products used in the manufacturing industry Quickly grasp large amounts of information and apply it in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, self-starter High level time management and organization skills Strong problem-solving skills Team player with internal and external departments Work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal, nonverbal, written communication skills Detail oriented Strong relationship building skills Passion for travel and assisting others in developing solutions Entrepreneurial SpiritProven Experience Customer service Mechanical aptitude Technical knowledge of institutional systems and applications Business development Negotiation Management and leadership rolesTravel25-40% overnight travel.

    Frequent day trips. Travel percentage is dependent on home office location.
