Chief Rubber Process Engineer Requirements

• To qualify, you should have the following:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field5+ years' hands on experience in rubber processing/manufacturing, with a strong expertise in rubber compounding, molding, curing, and finishing processesManagerial experience a plusA proven track record of exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a 2 person team effectivelyKeen ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and effectively communicate information to stakeholders in layman's termsProficiency in the following mathematical concepts: probability, statistical inference and geometry for data analysis/modelingCommand of simulation/modeling software, data analytics, statistical software and ERP systems (SAS or similar).
