    FUNCTION "" SCOPESTATEMENT:


    Responsible for aportfolio of corporate partnerships of $25,000 or above, with a diverseportfolio of 50 to 75 accounts which includes both current donors and newprospects.

    Strong emphasis on developingnew business, spending the majority of time with prospective donors. Identify,develop, and propose revenue-generating prospects with existing corporatepartners. Pursue new leads while collaborating closely with the BGCGHleadership team and Board of Directors to leverage existing connections andnetworks. Responsible for submitting high-quality proposals when necessary toguarantee that deliverables are met.

    MAJOR JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • In partnership with Senior Director of Development,manage all aspects of relationships with corporate partners of high strategicand financial value in an effort to increase organizational value as assigned.
    • Research new corporate partners and develop aprospect list for potential new dollars for the organization. Work closely withSenior Director of Development, Vice President of Development and Board toidentify connections, build relationships and solicit prospects to increaseoverall corporate giving.
    • Serve as subject matter expert and internal accountliaison for the company as well as staff primary contact to quality of service,partner ROI.
    • Serve as the internal account liaison for all otherteams ensuring that partner receives and is given opportunities in accordancewith their contracted deliverables and additional opportunities.
    • Facilitate creation of an annual business plan forthe accounts, including fundraising plan, budget, volunteer plan, contractdeliverables, project timeline, marketing/event calendar, Club integration planwhen applicable and proposed metrics. Conduct ongoing analysis and track performanceof partner initiative.
    • Create, work, and drive a customized stewardshipplan that adds value, increases opportunity and depend and broadens therelationship with the partner.
    • Proactively handle all problems that may preventsuccess and flawless execution and relationships, keeping other informed asnecessary. Proactively identify areas that need leadership attention.
    • Assist the Senior Director of Development withassigned accounts in meeting the annual fundraising goal. Contribute, wherepossible, to meet the annual fundraising goal.
    • Attend (when needed) and lead/present at externalcustomer meetings and internal meetings to aid business development andsuccessful account execution.
    • Plan and lead account review sessions to ensurespending and fundraising are on target and deliverables are being met.
    • Assist with the administration of applicable passthrough grants, monitor financial performance and execution of contracteddeliverables at the Club level.
    • Manage expenses related to key accounts and Clubexperiences within budget.
    • Oversee some third-party accounts and events,assign tasks as it fits to each third-party account.
    • Driver in sustaining contributions for continuousCorporate Sponsorships & Grant opportunities.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor"'sdegree from an accredited college or university preferred.
    • Minimumof five years' work experience in a non-profit organization, with emphasis onvolunteer programs and activities.
    • Strongoral and written communication skills, with good public presentation skills.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of people.
    • Abilityto establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff,Board members, volunteers, community groups, and other related agencies.
    • Proficientin prioritizing tasks and ability to strategically grow partnerships.
    • Demonstratedskills in persuasion and influence, project management and time management.
    • Highstandards of ethics and integrity.
    RELATIONSHIPS:

    Internal: Maintain close,daily contact with the Club management to exchange information, seek and giveassistance, consultation and direction. Maintain contact with financial staffand support staff. Maintain written and verbal contact with volunteers anddonors.

    External:

    Maintain contact with corporateleaders, community, board members, donors, volunteers, vendors and the public toseek financial support and provide information regarding club activities andneeds.
