Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professionals dedicated to providing top-notch nursing care in patient-focused settings.

**$3,000 Sign-On Bonus**

Position Highlights:

Student Loan Repayment: Eligible LPNs may benefit from Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, receiving an additional monthly payment of $167 (up to $10,000) to accelerate loan repayment.

Job Summary:

The LPN assists in patient care within a clinic setting.
The LPN fosters meaningful relationships with a distinct group of patients.

Education and/or Experience:

Preference for graduates from CCNE or NLN accredited nursing programs. Graduates from approved programs are also considered.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Must hold a current LPN license in South Dakota or meet Multi-state licensure requirements.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 80 hours per 2 weeks

Pay:

The hourly rate for this role varies based on experience.

$29.25 per hour
