Description

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesTakes on responsibility for tracking and recognizing technological market trends at an early stage.
In day-to-day operations, deals with simulation-based analyses and evaluations of renewable energy systems.
Carries out integration tests of third-party components relating to photovoltaic products and creates test plans.

Supports product management in the creation of specifications and works on the development of future energy management concepts and system configurations.

Takes part in research and development projects. To this end, stays in constant contact with various research facilities and test institutes.
Independently makes decisions within a defined framework.

RequirementsA technical/engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is required.2-3 years of job experience in the field of electrical engineeringInterest in renewable energy systems and new technologiesStrong electrical engineering knowledgeExperience with data analysis and statistical methodologyAbility to think and act in a networked manner.

Ability to work in a structured atmosphere.
Astute quality awarenessExcellent communication skillsFlexibilityAbility to work in a team.

Health and SafetyMust comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state, or local requirements.

Ability to bend and reach with repetitive motion.
Hearing, naturally or with aidsVision 20/20, with or without correctionAbility to lift and carry 25 lbs.

Physical demands of the job include standing, use of hands to manipulate objects, talking, hearing, looking, typing, walking, twisting, and bending.

Employees could be requested to lift, carry, reach above the shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel and crouch.
Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting.
Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.
