Description
Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, MO. This 134-bed facility includes a specialized 34-bed unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
As an essential part of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize advanced critical thinking skills to deliver top-notch care to residents, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include safe medication administration, resident assessments, monitoring ADL changes, and implementing physician-ordered treatments and procedures.
The Charge Nurse will oversee care duties assigned to nursing staff based on their expertise and training. Additionally, they will play a key role in resident admissions, discharges, and the development of individualized care plans.
