- Oversee and manage a portfolio of branch offices.
- Manage and remit via the IRS EFTPS system estimated tax payments as provided by CPA.
- Track annual Association income tax return filing process.
- Track Association Sales Tax returns based on filing requirements.
- Track Use Tax returns based on filing requirements.
- Track Association Income Tax returns as assigned.
- Track annual state tax filings.
- Oversee and manage audit process as assigned.
- Perform bank reconciliations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of IRS and state tax codes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
