    Description

    CHD is seeking an experienced clinical professional to guide a large, diverse Behavioral Health Clinic located in Greenfield, MA. Serving people across the lifespan, this clinic offers outpatient group, individual and family therapy, community-based peer and case management and clinic-based medication management and nurse case management. The Clinic Manager is supported in ensuring quality and effective clinic operations, fiscal viability, licensor and payer compliance, as well as program and staff development.

    The Clinic Manager would cultivate a culture focused on quality and collaborative care, with a priority focused on career long professional growth for the whole team. In addition to outpatient services, this clinic is BSAS Substance Abuse licensed and carries multiple SAMHSA awards. The right leader will be able to partner effectively in implementing these awards. The clinic is also CARF-accredited.

    This position works within a department that values the varied development of leaders and fosters leadership growth through partnered projects, access professional development, and support from a large Home Office.

    Qualifications

    • Independent clinical license(LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
    • Clinical supervisory experience
    • Integrated care/Inter-disciplinary care experience
    • Willingness to learn how to interpret and make decisions using data from financial, staffing, and EHR sources
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
