    • Enhance processes and increase automation of critical activities in the Finance team.
    • Review and contribute to process improvements, define statements of processes, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
    • Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and Transportation.

    Responsibilities

    • Support updates of projection models, revise assumptions, and forecasts on a regular schedule.
    • Compile and summarize data to provide concise findings to team members.
    • Streamline reporting processes by implementing automated reports.
    • Monitor and track financial performance by comparing actual results against planned targets.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and automation within FP&A activities.
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience or aptitude in AI and other automation processes.
    • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
    • Knowledge or experience with an ERP system such as SAGE.
