- Consolidate and optimize financial and inventory data for financial and inventory valuation modeling.
- Understand a clients financial statement and gross sales trends, inventory management and utilization, as well as sales and purchasing activities through detailed performance analysis.
- Research metal industry and general economic trends.
- Research and summarize client top customers and vendors.
- Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Manage multiple deliverables with attention to project deadlines and team communication.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to research and describe general market and economic conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual with good time management skills.
- Metals industry knowledge or appraisal experience a plus, but not required.
- Ability to travel (10-15%)

About the Job: As a member of the Sector3 analytical team, this position will work closely with Sector3s analysts to develop and enhance skills and expand on industry knowledge required to construct comprehensive analyses and valuation reports for clients. Although we are focused on the metals industry, prior experience or knowledge is not a requirement.
