    Key Accountabilities:
    Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentations to prepare accurate measurements for construction projects.
    Analyze project requirements, including materials and scope of work to help determine project expenses.
    Present measurements to project team and provide explanations when necessary.

    Document information into Bid Recording Sheet, organize and participate in Bid ReviewWillingness to learn Blueprint Takeoff Software This position will support and work with the Director of Sales in a variety of tasks to include accurate bidding of residential and commercial work along with assisting in daily operations or tasks as delegated by the Department HeadQualifications:
    Minimum of one year related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experienceProven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to adhere to systems and processesCollaborative approach for continued teamworkA valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as need
