About the Role:

We are looking for a high volume Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada.
As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

What You'll Do:

- Partners with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
- Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)
- Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process
- Understands candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team's goals
- Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
(All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
Preferred Qualifications:
(job-related education, training, experience,and other criteria that are in addition to the Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field
- Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders
- Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System
- Data driven decision maker
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
