- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure curriculum, learning plans, user profiles, test groups, assessments, knowledge checks and surveys based on Government-approved requirements and updates
- Deploy and manage Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and non-SCORM learning content
- Troubleshoot system issues document findings properly escalate when necessary
