Peoples Security Bank & Trust.Our Personal Bankers delivers an exceptional experience to customers and prospects with a focus on meeting the financial needs of all areas of our community; work as an active member of the branch office sales/service team; and provide support related to the day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services of the Bank.
Processes various customer transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, cashier's checks, cash advances, etc.) Balances cash drawer, night deposits, and balances and services the ATM.
Well-practiced in policy and procedure in order to protect customer and Bank assets at all times. And keeps up-to-date on banking regulation changes to ensure compliance.Has high level understanding of Bank's products and services, including its technology.
Provides exemplary customer service, fielding questions concerning deposit account and loan activity, fees, etc. Uses available resources to research more complicated matters with assistance, ensuring client concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Promptly and effectively refers clients and prospects to the appropriate partner to meet their needs for deposits, loans, cash management, merchant, or wealth management
