Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

The Print Services and Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring prompt delivery of on-site work assignments, providing excellent customer service, maintaining reprographic equipment, managing inventory, and handling shipping and receiving duties.

• Promptly respond to customer requests and concerns via various communication channels such as emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
• Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer locations. This includes cleaning, troubleshooting, replenishing toner, loading paper, and ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
• Assist end-users with basic functionality of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on usage when needed.
