Job Summary
After notification by facility staff of needed appointment,will make all appointments for residents.
Will maintain a calendar of all appointments so that none will conflict.
Will follow all safety guidelines to ensure resident transports are performed in the safest possible manner.
Assists in maintaining a good working relationship with the community,hospital,physician offices and other health care facilities and agencies
and assuring coordination of services for our residents.
