- 12+ years of full time work experience plus Bachelor's degree from accredited university.

Description
Our client, a full service A&E and Design - Build firm in the federal government space is seeking a Director of A&E for a growing practice in their Pacific Programs space. Reports to VP A&E. Candidate may reside in Western US, or Asia. Frequent travel to Japan, Korea and Indo-Pacific region required.
The focus of the Director will be business development of Pacific region A&E projects to be delivered by Project Managers and other talent across multiple disciplines. Director will participate in talent ID, hiring and mentoring of project staff.
