    We are seeking an

    Senior Digital Implementation Consultant


    specializing in HxGN SDx and Industrial construction practices, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and innovation for our clients.

    Combining strong stakeholder engagement skillsets and leveraging deep industry knowledge, this role will collaborate with cross-functional client teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, enhance business processes, and propel our clients to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

    Ideal candidates will have experience implementing, supporting, and scaling Hexagon SDX within the oil & gas industries. If you are looking to create processes, tools, and delivery from scratch, apply below


    What you can expect:

    Strategic Consulting:
    Provide strategic guidance to clients on adopting digital engineering practices
    Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, offering through HxGN SDx.
    Facilitate large stakeholder engagement groups within client organizations, from executives to field employees.
    Find opportunities to grow scope with clients that can deliver value for both client and company

    Technical Leadership:
    Lead and work with technical teams on the development and implementation of HxGN SDx: integration, deployment, process creation, implementation, and change management

    Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in the digital engineering space, advising clients on innovative solutions.


    Project Management:
    Manage and oversee digital engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
    Provide hands-on guidance and direction to project teams, preferably — agile delivery models.
    Project monthly reporting (Client & Project Control Group)
    Have keen interest in developing a team and industrial consulting function

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and continuously identifying opportunities for value-added services
    Manage new business opportunities within the companies CRM platform
    Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

    Knowledge Sharing and Training:


    Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance their understanding of digital engineering concepts, tools, and methodologies.

    Contribute to the development of thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
    Maintain a continuous improvement mindset for project execution and company business practices

    What we are looking for:
    Leadership; ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and align individuals towards a common goal
    Strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and problem solve in spite of competing stakeholder interests
    Solid understanding of digital engineering / HxGN SDx and relevant standards
    Awareness of market trends, vendors, platforms and emerging technologies, with an aim to capitalize on them, partner and improve internal and external delivery outcomes
    Commercial awareness to identify future opportunities and risks with clients and support business processes (proposals, scoping, time estimation & IP protection)
    Solid understanding of the design and construction processes within the oil & gas sector
    Demonstrated expertise with engineering and information management workflows
    Familiarly with Digital Twin platforms in industrial sector and experience in implementing and managing workflows within companies to support their use
    Professional Experience

    10+ years of professional experience in oil & gas or similar industrial sectors (energy, mining, etc.) working within brownfield and greenfield projects
    Solid understanding of digital engineering / HxGN SDx and relevant standards;
    Previous experience in the design, construction or operations lifecycle of a project, leading project delivery and teams.
    Previous experience in consulting organization highly preferable
    Education

    Bachelor related to the engineering, construction, energy or similar industry

    Masters and or Ph.
    D in further education such as business and or engineering and science preferable
    PMP certification or similar preferable
    Software & Technology


    Experience in the use the following software - Hexagon SDx, Hexagon SPF, Intergraph PPM, BIM360, Revizto, iConstruct, Plant 3D, S3D, etc.
