Our client is an elite boutique investment bank seeking a junior Associate for it's Energy vertical located in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities :
Our client's unique approach to advisory offers Associates the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior bankers on industry-shaping multi-billion dollar transactions worldwide.
As part of the team, Associates will engage in various strategic advisory tasks across sellside and buyside M&A engagements.Qualifications :
Prospective candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in investment banking along with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, and the capacity to contemplate diverse strategic challenges faced by clients.
Associate responsibilities encompass supervising analysts, managing financial and valuation analyses, financial modeling, industry and competitive analyses, due diligence, drafting client presentation materials, managing and executing live deals, and aiding in new business development initiatives.
2+ years of investment banking experience post-BA1+ years of energy M&A transaction experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
Strong communications skills, both written and oral
Strong work ethic
