- Oversees all front office functions and business operations, including providing coverage if needed.
- Oversees interviewing and training staff.
- Coordinates office procedures with front office, clinical staff, and billing offices to ensure smooth flow of information within departments.
- Reviews daily session notes for completeness and accuracy, following up with appropriate person(s) to obtain complete information.
- Complete attendance and counseling session reports
- Complete monthly reports
- Complete forecasting reports
- Billing and compensation reports
- Complete auto posts from insurance payments, investigate claims, etc
- Clinician productivity reports
- Financial reports (missed revenue opportunities)
- Forecasting revenue plans
- Conducts and oversees insurance credentialing process for all staff.
- Attend, provide reports, and policies for monthly leadership meetings to ensure the smooth running of agency. Able to provide accurate reports with proper grammar and punctuation.
- Develops and maintains a professional department that assists the organization toward its goal of improving cost-effectiveness of health care delivery.
- Participates in the completion of month-end close checklist for all assigned items to ensure we are meeting or exceeding corporate timelines.
- Oversee compliance for audits and accreditation.
- Evaluates performance of staff and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversees client payments, including communication with clients about financial arrangement options.
- Ability to learn, navigate, and use Electronic Medical Records
- Other duties as needed
- Have at least 2 years of office management experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Satisfactory Criminal Background check
- Experience using Microsoft Applications

We provide quality, fun, and diverse mental health services to adolescent and adult populations. Our clientele concerns range from depression to anxiety. As well as family discord, identity concerns, to those who experience symptoms of trauma. We take pride in every part of the clinical process by providing helpful and clear directions to our consumers and staff. Treatment and care is the focus of this agency; although, we are also known for valuing self-care, creativity in sessions, and having fun in our office space. We are team oriented and love the services that we provide. You will be an key partner to ensuring that our clients continue to have a safe place in which they can heal, grow and become empowered.
