    What You Will Do:


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 360 advertising & marketing, a deep understanding of storytelling across all marketing touchpoints, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing highly successful campaigns.

    The candidate will be one of the first to join L'Oreal USA's in-house creative agency, "L'Agency." This expert team will service 14 of L'Oreal's brands within the portfolio, startingwith a select few including CeraVe-who dominated the recent Super Bowl, ranking #1 by Adweek, AdAge, Forbes as having the best ad and earning the 2024 Super CLIO Award.

    L'Oreal is among the top 10 for advertising spend in the US and the candidate will be able to guide how ideas, media, and more synch together in perfect creative harmony.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead the development and execution of creative concepts and 360 advertising campaigns for different brands within the L'Oreal USA portfolioThe development and execution of concepts will live across all marketing channels, including social media, video, TV, experiential activations, influencers, PR, e-comm, and moreDefine and communicate the creative vision, tone, and style for each campaign, ensuring alignment with global brand team's objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trendsTranslate global brand team briefs and insights into compelling 360 concepts that meet strategic objectives and drive resultsPresent creative concepts, pitches, and campaign ideas to key stakeholders, global brand teams, US brand teams, and effectively articulate the strategic rationale and creative vision behind each proposalLead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions that push the boundaries of creativity and help global teams find the creative solutions based on needsStay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into 360 campaign development and execution, as well as ideas that global teams can execute on in real-timeProvide guidance and assist brand teams with external agencies to enhance creative work from agency partners, as neededWho you are:8-14 years of relevant working experienceProven agency successBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related fieldProven experience as an art director in an advertising agency or similar environment, with a portfolio showcasing work specifically in the beauty industryStrong visual design skills, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across various mediumsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design softwareExperience directing and overseeing photo shoots, video shoots, and other production processes, including casting, styling, and location scoutingKnowledge of industry-specific trends, aesthetics, and consumer preferencesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback to team members and brand teamsStrong leadership abilities, with a collaborative and approachable demeanor that fosters teamwork and creativityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing prioritiesWhat is in it for you:As an integral part of our culture at L'Oréal, wellness is at our core.
