Description
Responsibilities IncludeLead customers on their strategic journey on ServiceNow providing product demonstrations across multiple applications (ITSM, HRSD, FSM, GBS)
Identify customer needs and support their transformation roadmap.
Lead discovery workshops, clarify open questions from internal teams.
Enable use adoption, UAT and Train-the-trainer sessions.
Keep up with market trends across all ServiceNow applications and advise customers on ServiceNow best practices.
Established great working relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years' ServiceNow functional experience;
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, marketing, IT or related discipline preferred.
Must be open to travel 25%
