Maintenance CMMS ClerkAllied Mineral Products is a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide. We are seeking a Maintenance CMMS Clerk in our Columbus, Ohio location. This position will
process of all types of Maintenance documents, such as work orders, purchase orders and inventory records, to maintain accurate and current Maintenance data and reports.
Focus area for the Maintenance CMMS Clerk is to support the organization, primarily maintenance and plant engineering, in the implementation of asset management processes and documentation.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$ $23.80
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Related work experience and prior work experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English and have solid written communication skills including grammar and composition.
Candidates must be very familiar with using a computer for data entry, word processing, and internet searches, including proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to work well with others in cross-functional teams and independently.
Familiarity with eMaint or SAP a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Key Duties:
Using eMaint, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), perform the following tasks:
Data Entry Quality Control – enter new data and confirm and/or correct existing data within eMaint.
Reporting – Extract data and run reports to help monitor and manage the maintenance efforts at Allied.
Equipment and Inventory Documentation – gather, scan, or upload equipment and part information including manuals, work instructions, and photos to maintain accurate records in eMaint.
Work Orders – Create and process work orders within eMaint including validation of accurate completion of problem, cause, remedy actions, technician time, and part requisitions.
Process Purchase Orders – Process spare part order requests. Obtain part quotations from vendors, place purchase orders and receive purchased items in eMaint system and provide supporting documentation.
MRO Purchasing Support – Phone, fax, or email vendor/manufacturer for needed inventory, tools, or contract services. Provide required purchasing documents, completed purchase orders and associated invoices, to accounts payable department and file in historical records.
Maintain excellent lines of communication with Maintenance, Production, other Allied departments, and our affiliates.
