- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Generate project budget reports and lead review meetings
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling tools
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations summarizing reported results, forecasts and analytics as well as recommendations
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations to Senior Management Team
- Assist Finance team with month end close procedures
- Any other work as directed by management
- Bachelor's Degree required; finance or accounting major preferred (other mathematically rigorous majors will also be considered, if coupled with strong business acumen, knowledge of finance and relevant work experience)
- CPA preferred, but not required (CPA candidates will be considered as well)
- Three to five years work experience in accounting or finance
- Fluency with Excel formulas and functions; proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Strong PowerPoint skills; proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite generally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
- Commitment to consistently meet strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Team focused and open to feedback from all levels
