    The GM position will have the commercial lead of X-Rite's Business in Americas including Sales, Marketing Operations, Application-Support, Services, and Order Entry functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented self-starter who is looking to go beyond simply reporting numbers and share in the ownership of business results by using critical thinking to engage with and influence senior leaders.

    In your main role at X-Rite Pantone, you will:
    • Lead, develop and drive a high-performance regional commercial organization to consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets.
    • Ensure that X-Rite continues to develop sales and marketing industry leadership and that X-Rite remains recognized as both the market and marketing leader in its business segments. Continue to develop a culture of innovation and excellence within the X-Rite organization.
    • Strengthen VES (Veralto Enterprise System) in the region as a core philosophy to grow sales by daily management and funnel management to increase visibility and accuracy of forecasting going forward. Improve sales productivity through sustainable standard.
    • Develop, in conjunction with the Management Team, appropriate short, medium, and long-term tactics/strategies to reinforce X-Rite as the global leader in color standards. Work with local and global standards bodies to shape and comply with standards requirements.
    • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes. Live and demonstrate the X-Rite and Veralto Values
    • Drive local VOC (Voice of the Customer) and requirements definition to ensure solutions are appropriate for the America's market needs
    • Full P&L responsibility for the region. Achieve or exceed the financial goals established for the region
    • Work closely with Finance leadership to establish and monitor these goals, with refinements made as necessary throughout each fiscal year.
    • Create, foster and drive a culture of accountability, high performance and engagement within the Organization.
    • To access individual talent effectively, creating value from performance management, development planning, talent planning and succession planning and to lead a development culture within the America's Region.
    • Manage external relations to develop and maintain high level contacts with industry and business associations, interest groups and key customers.
    • Ensure that high ethical standards are maintained at all times and there is full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal X-Rite and Veralto policies and procedures.
    Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
    • University degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or engineering. A different educational background is possible if the applicant has a proven track record in a similar position.
    • A proven track record of profitable sales and marketing growth to be demonstrated over a sustained period of time.
    • 5-10 years of Senior Management leadership with a marketing led technology company.
    • Demonstrated track record of managing multi-functional responsibilities within a global company including profit and sales accountability.
    • Domestic and international/cross cultural exposure and experience, from a business and personal perspective experience in building and leading multifunctional teams.
    • A team-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities and proven experience in driving high engagement in local and remote teams.
    • Success-driven, innovative and dynamic personality.
    • Strong customer-orientation and problem solving attitude, open to working in a continuous improvement environment.
    • Proven ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously.
