    Location:
    Rittman, Ohio


    Description:

    • Accountable and responsible for daily input of data and generation of product COA's.
    • Accountable and responsible for finished product quality sampling, inspection, testing and control of all salt products
    • Responsible for analytical testing and/or inspection of inprocess and finished product testing according to prescribed procedures
    • Responsible for routine magnet and scalping screen HACCP inspections.
    • Responsible for the routine measurement of HACCP program magnet strength.
    • Documents, assembles and maintains all quality related documents in a legible manner according to documentation protocols
    • Responsible for the generation, review, and revision of SOPs, WI's and forms, as assigned by QC Manager

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • College degree (BS) in any sciences, at least 1 chemistry laboratory class where hands on skills using scales and pipettes were used.
    • Prefer 1-2 years of industry experience in a lab setting.
