RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide effective and reliable legal services to clients and supervising attorneysResearch insurance laws, regulations and case law and provide detailed guidance and analysis to partners and clientsDraft memoranda on discrete legal issuesDraft transaction agreements and documents with efficiency and clarityManage transaction closings and processesProvide thorough factual and legal research and analysisCompetently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneysComplete tasks efficiently


QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of Insurance Regulatory and Transactional Experiencespecific insurance industry regulatory and transactional experience, including transactional drafting, reinsurance negotiation, and regulatory research skillsJuris Doctor.

Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Illinois.

Actual base salary will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individuals class year, years of experience, skills, qualifications, office location and anticipated annual billable hour targets.
