    Account Manager (Former Athletes and Veterans)

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the networking and telecom industries
    • Execute a full-cycle sales process—from prospecting and qualifying to closing and account management
    • Develop and manage a territory plan to achieve and exceed quota
    • Learn and communicate product value clearly, providing exceptional service and follow-up
    • Track pipeline activity and report progress toward sales goals
    • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
    • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions

    Qualifications

    • Former college athlete or military veteran (bonus points if both)
    • 1–3 years of professional sales experience or a strong desire to break into tech sales
    • Interest or foundational knowledge in networking or telecom (think Cisco, cloud, connectivity)
    • Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated with a proven ability to hit goals
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by performance metrics

    Compensation

    ~$90K OTE (Base + Commission)

    Compensation may vary slightly depending on experience.
