    Job Summary:

    As a Business Funding Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting businesses in securing necessary funding to achieve their growth objectives. You will provide professional customer service and guidance to each unique potential client as you assist them through the approval process. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and financial institutions will be essential in facilitating successful funding transactions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Documentation Collection

    Communicate directly with customers to determine the documentation needed based on funding requirements obtained through customer applications.

    Financial Analysis

    Evaluate the financial health and viability of client businesses to determine appropriate funding options.

    Relationship Management

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions to facilitate successful funding transactions.

    Negotiation

    Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal funding outcomes.

    Client Education

    Educate clients on various funding options, their implications, and the associated risks to enable informed decision-making.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of customer service background. A sales background is an added benefit
    • Fluent English & Spanish required.
    • 6 months experience handling large call volume in a call center environment, preferred.
    • Results oriented with strong customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications.
    • Experience and proficiency with a variety of Sales/Customer Service CRMs.
