    Description

    LUKE BAILEY is searching for a dynamic individual to join our reputable organization. With a legacy of 120 years, we are industry leaders. This exciting role involves managing a client base of 2,000 businesses, cultivating relationships, and leading a team to achieve success. As you excel, you will progress to the esteemed position of Agency Director, supported by our proven systems. Remuneration is weekly, with an average first-year salary of $70,000-$85,000.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing clients
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Provide daily field activity reports via Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development daily

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management abilities
    • Effective supervision and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Aptitude for functioning in a fast-paced environment
    • Passionate about helping people and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement
