They currently sit at about $15M in revenue annually and have a strategic plan to get to $20M over the next two years.     Job Description

    Assistant Superintendent - Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Construction Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site.
  • Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring that work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from the project plan.

    The Successful Applicant

    Assistant Superintendent - Successful Candidate:

  • 2+ years as an Assistant Superintendent with a General Contractor
  • Life Science project experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Massachusetts is essential. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to the region is also beneficial.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
  • A valid driver's license What's on Offer
