    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric patients, including diagnostic assessments and hearing aid evaluations. Most patients will be sent over directly from the clinic.
    • Provide counseling and education to parents on the management of their child's hearing loss and communication needs.
    • Administer and interpret a range of specialized tests, such as otoacoustic emissions (OAEs), auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA) evaluations, and cochlear implant (CI) evaluations and mapping.
    • Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
    • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including test results and treatment plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters or Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
    • Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Georgia.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor populations.
