    Job Description

    Full-Time In-Home Opportunities in Charlotte, North Carolina (25 billables per week)

    $75,000-$85,000 salary with unlimited bonus potential

    Requirements:

    • Current BCBA Certification and LABA if required by state
    • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
    • Safety Care Specialist certification
    • Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle
    • Prior ABA experience
    • Comfortable providing in-home services to families

    Responsibilities:

    Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supporting families, and supervising BTs/RBTs. Implementing behavior support plans and assessing program effectiveness. Maintaining a professional and supportive environment focused on individual growth and success.
