    Highlights


    Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine to join our outpatient practice on the campus of Community Hospital Anderson in Anderson, IN.


    • Well established practice
    • Shared call schedule with 24/7 RN triage
    • Patient Centered Medical Home practice model with pharmacist, dietician, social work, etc.
    • Electronic Medical Record (Epic)
    • Large group of specialists based at Community Hospital Anderson
    • Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a large network
    Licensure & Certifications


    • Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine
    • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

    Site Description

    Located approximately 20 miles north of Indianapolis is the pleasant suburban community of Anderson, Indiana. Anderson/Madison County has a city population of approximately 56,000 and a county population of approximately 132,000. Anderson is home to Anderson University, which was ranked by U.S. News & World Report among the best colleges and universities in the Midwest.

    A community filled with historic architecture, arts and entertainment, highlights of Anderson include the historic Paramount Theatre and the Grunewald Historic House.
